At byNoney, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully

Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, in their original packaging,  with any tags attached.
    • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Time Frame for Returns:

    • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • How to Request a Return:

    • Contact us at info@bynoney.nl with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
    • Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address :

    • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damage along with your order number, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or repair.
  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Custom-made or personalized items.
    • Sale, clearance items, or gift cards.

 

Undelivered items

If an item cannot be delivered and is automatically returned to us, we will email you with two options. You can either choose for one more shipping attempt, or choose for a refund for your items. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If your items cannot be delivered again and are returned to us again, we will refund your items.

 

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

Refunds

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
    • Shipping costs will NOT be refunded
    • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If not approved, i.e. in case of damage, we hold the right to partially or not refund you.
